For most of the twentieth century Britain’s railway network had suffered from neglect and under-investment and as a result encouraged an increasing unenvironmental dependency on the private car and short- haul flights. This self initiated project examined Labour's inability to grapple with the serious effects of climate change caused by our transport industry.
